Area Sales Manager(Northern China)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Country Sales Manager (PR China) in all inside sales in Northern China region.
- Provide all levels of sales, marketing and technical support for end-users, distributors and dealers in Northern China region.
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies and plans in Northern China region.
- Build and maintain key accounts relationships and provide the needs and requirements of those key accounts in Northern China region.
- Develop and manage effective sales channel in Northern China region.
- Market development and research in industries including Wind, Steel, Port, Power Plant and Pulp & Paper in Northern China region.
- Travel extensively to gain market intelligence, and seek new businesses in Northern China region.
- Manage and oversee the operation of Beijing and Xian sales offices.
Requirements:
- University graduate in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering or related field.
- Preferably above 28 years of age.
- At least 5 years of relevant (Mechanical) industrial sales experience in China.
- Possess excellent leadership & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, a result-oriented achiever is a must.
- Must have good English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Computer literacy is a must.
